I got into real estate during the crash by flipping homes: investing, fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, interior renovations and interior design. Learning the business from the inside, one house at a time, taught me how buyers see a home and what makes them say yes.
From there I got licensed and focused on families buying and selling, and I naturally gravitated to coastal and waterfront property. Today I’m a REALTOR® with Charles Rutenberg Realty, with more than 13 years in the business and 300+ homes sold.
Tampa Bay is home. I attended Dunedin High School and the University of South Florida, where I earned my BA in Public Relations and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Over more than 30 years in the Bay area, I’ve lived in St. Petersburg, Tampa, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor, Dunedin and Palm Harbor.
